Warrant Issued for Bartram

The back bar area of the Spread Eagle Saloon at the Nassau West Capitol in Benson, AZ, on Thursday, August 9, 2007. The entire facility was allegedly destroyed by Nassau West President Kelly K. Bartram in a drunken rage. Photo by Nassau West Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms. Tonight, upon his arrival from Tucson, Nassau West President Kelly K. Bartram will be arrested and taken into custody at the Capitol by the Nassau West Marshal's Service. There are numerous charges pending against Bartram resulting from an evening drunkfest at the Spread Eagle Saloon last night that turned rather violent and destructive.

At some point during his drunken rampage, Bartram threw up twice, one of those times was on the kitchen floor. This was discovered this morning during an attempt to locate the telephone, which was left in the bar on the floor under an overturned barstool.

The Spread Eagle Saloon was in shambles this morning, with several barstools laying over and broken glass all over the floor. The Nassau West Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms will be inventorying, cataloging, and removing all alcohol from the facility.
